When I googled the phone number it said US health but it is clearly a computer service scam text that I received

automatic voicemail leaves on my employers automatic voice mailbox. calls 10-15 times a time. I called and told them to quit calling and remove our business off their list.

This number belongs to Matt Avery

received a message claiming I won a free trip all paid-for to Las Vegas, Orlando or San Francisco...said no purchase necessary(?) and to call 1-800-920-4701, giving me a confirmation number to give them.  It sounds like it's the EXACT same scam people with all of the other phone numbers.  Don't call them back if you receive this message.
