Telephoned back and spoke with a representative who was not entirely familiar with the procedure to implement my request that such calls cease.I provided my name and address. This is some kind of residential oil service provider. I explained that I have no existing business relationship with HOP and am listed in the federal and state do-not-call lists. The calls had better cease.
