Female asking for a person related to me. Bill collector?

Caller implied she represented a 'federal' medicalhealth agency, but could notwould not answer question if she represented a private company or the US government. Caller wanted to get agreement to send a medical card and hung up when I continued to question her about the organization she represented. I SUSPECT THIS iS A SCAM

Calls multiple times a day. Does not leave a message. Attempted to call the number back and recieved a number has been disconnected recording.

The same student loan scam that has been attacking my phone for weeks now. Jessica Banner recorded voice with some hockey reference number 7217 whatever to try to make it sound official. Unsolicited, cold calling, unwelcome, I never asked for, look into, referenced, or desired any information about any loan student or otherwise! Totally illegal! Reporting this along with all the other calls to the FCC, for what good it does!
