Robo caller no message left on my voicemail

This person is crazy! And thier whole family is nuts! I got a google voice number and for some reason thier 'nephew' was supposed to have the number. I said this isnt his number. She would call me at 5 in the morning. I think thier whole family has a scam going on. They called from a billion different numbers.

I called the number back but pressing 9 did nothing, it simply plays a recorded message saying they will call back later and then hangs up. Get me off of this list!!
