Got a scam call from this number - something about lowering my credit card rates

probably credit people. I got a call around 5 pm. said they were checking on a 'Neighbor' of mine, and asked me if I knew this person (used a specific name). I asked why they would call me to check on my neighbor (hadn't heard of this person anyways), and the woman said it was because they wanted to check on them and see if they were ok. So, they obviously were working from this person's address, and looking up property owners nearby to contact with information. I told her I had never heard of this person, but even if I had, I wouldn't tell her anything. She screamed at me 'ok, bye!' and hung up.

Number is from DORAL BANK. They started calling last year. The calls have gotten aggressive, calling every 5 or more minutes all day, even on weekends.
