Caller hung up right after I said "Hello" the third time.

Yeah, i got the call less than 5 minutes ago. It is definitely a spanish recording stating that you (the caller) have just won $1,0 please press 1 to continue. So, I'm guessing a scam?

When I picked up it just made beeping noises no one talked.
