received two messages from two different 251 numbers in the last hour.

Have received several calls from this number and they just hang up. My caller ID shows 'California' and the telephone number of '323 450-1198' -- however, when I call that number I get a recording that the number is not in service, so they must have fixed their outgoing ID -- which is illegal. I cannot find any information on this telephone number online so I am curious what anyone else may know.

I get about 5 calls a day from this number and it's been this way for a month or more. I've never answered this call. But I feel like we're being harassed.
