Person has called me twice with harrassing phone calls. Does not give name, and asks personal questions. I have asked this person to stop calling me as I do not know them, but continues.

My house is for sale in New Smyrna Beach, FL. A scammer put a fraudulent ad to rent my home on Craigslist, and used this telephone number for prospective renters to call. My house is not for rent and the person who used this telephone number is trying to commit fraud.

Recorded message says if we dont respond to this then we wont know about decisions made to our legal matters. We have our own Lawyers and they refuse to send us something in the mail to give to our law firm. They hang up after we tell them that.  They have my last four of my social and that worries me.

This guy called me and didn't leave a message. He called me the next day and I answered it. He was a good guy that call back after I left a message for more information about starting a home business. This phone is OK.
