She sent me a text about winning a Target gift card. You must enter to win and I never entered. I also believe that Target would send their own emails and NOT depend on a woman in Los Angeles to do it for them.

Anytime i get an out of area code call, I answer hello, loud, firm and annoyed. I usually get a pause on their end. This male caller asked for, what sounded like, Robert Walters. I said "wrong number" then hung up.

Nothing is free especially this one.
