Keep calling and sending me mail. Can not understand no. Would never join a group that keep wasting money on a no response

This no. began phoning us at 2:00 am. this seemed just like little children's or teenagers. these people rang four times last evening. these people blocked their no. soon after we informed 'em to quit f****** phoning us. we turned our telephone on silent.

She said hi this is Charlotte from the homeowner association and then she hung up

They keep calling my business line which is paid for by my company. I don't know who it is, the guy has a VERY heavy Indian accent and I can't understand him. I told them I'd contact the FCC, they keep calling. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they hung up and called back the next day. Next I'm going to get a loud whistle but I doubt if that will make them stop. They have called 3 or 4 times a week for the past 6 weeks and it needs to be STOPPED.
