I received a call from this phone saying that a Detective by the name of Deep Carter was conducting an investigation and that maybe I have information for her and she let me her extension number. I called this number back and a answering system told me 'This is the general investigation unit, if you know the extension number you can dialed now. I think this is not real.

rang at nearly 7:30 at evening & did not pass on a msg. Only details we could find online stated this is somebody in Lincoln.
