Said he was with Amazon & someone in Russia hacked my accoun ...

Caller from the 'one stop Motors' and calling about the vehicle that I have for sale. Sounded like he was calling from the phone bank. You may hear different people say in the background.

If your phone allows you to, assign a no-ring dialtone to this number (and every other number they call from). It won't stop the calls but it may lessen the irritation. Else you can try blasting them with a whistle, air horn or screaming smoke alarm.

Possible number spoofer or scammer no voicemail

Adding to the chorus of discontent - didn't answer this one - but figure start the posts now to raise awareness... this # is similar to another 323 phony 'out of area' number I received and blocked recently. What do these sleazeballs want? To steal your money of course. Best off not to answer - they will never stop calling until there is a legitimate crack down - but don't hold your breath on that one either.
