Received text from unknown number with 'U shd call later if free'

A consumer user from Pearland, Texas received an unsolicited call from 727 677 5970 and filed a complainted with the FCC

Another site's comment said call 866-246-7196 for a do not call request service which I did and it worked to stop the phone calls. All you have to do is give the caller's phone number to confirm it's on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list.

I got the same thing, A 'Hello' and my name. When I asked who it was, a text saying ' opps grr mi celly 's going to die :-(' was responded and 'add me Y!msg textflirty6. I could understand if he got my number off of facebook, except my setting are set to private, friends only. How's he getting this info?

I'm trying to research who 888-346-4132 belongs to because it's some sort of job scam. The company is supposedly called International Delivery, LLC. I received an e-mail from Jimm Bell ([email protected]) I'm looking for a real job and I'm not about to fall for a reshipping scam.
