Calls, doesn't leave message, callback says not in service.. Scam hacker thief

My husband received a letter asking for us to call that same number to claim plane tickets that we have won. Of course, I figured this letter was a scam but I had to go online to prove it to my husband. According to other people on the internet, the company's mission is to steal your identity and of course, you'll never get the plane tickets promised.

Recieved a missed call from this person. They didn't leave a message. I don' know anyone with the area code of 228-335.
