who is this person who calls me several times a day

I pay for the minutes on my phone and this company continues to advertise on my dollar.

No identification from one caller-ID'd as 'Core Consulting' about a 'tax matter'. Insistent on talking over the phone after being told that finances and taxes are discussed only by postal mail by our accountant. At mentions of 'postal mail', pretended to not understand what that meant ('Put a postage stamp on an envelope and send it in the mail.'). He hung up with, 'Good luck with your taxes then.'Never deal with twerps soliciting financial information over the telephone.

I answered the first time they called played them a jackhammer busting concrete, they have called twice more. bogus

Left an orange 'urgent notice' on my door saying there was an investigation and that I needed to call this agent Miller right away. Turns out its a repo company looking for someone by some other name that never lives here. Sounds very fishy to me.
