Robocaller ignoring do not call registration and refuses to identify themselves prior to obtaining your details. Appears to be Unsafe and a Scam Risk. No Caller ID. Fails to leave voicemail. Report to FTC and block number.

Just got a call from “Cardholder Services” to lower my credit card interest rates. They spoofed the Verizon # of this innocent victim.

THIS COMPANY NAME I WAS UNABLE TO FIND AND THE PHONE NUMBER YOU CANNOT CALL IF YOUR LINE IS BLOCKED...FISHY, I DID REPORT TO FTC AND BBB

This number has called three times and hangs up each time before the answering machine picks up. I finally answered it the next time they called, and it is ADT Security. We have already asked several times over the past year to be removed from their call list. Guess it isn't their practice to respect the people's wishes and the law.
