New Comcast service shows this number dialed from my phone in the middle of the night. I called it add it's a modem/fax.

I got over 6 calls in a span of 2 minutes from this number asking if I ordered pizza, asks for somebody, etc. There were kids laughing in the background. The caller keeps on calling my number even though she was told she got the wrong number and her call has been rejected 3 times.

we do not recognise who these people are however these people ring 7 days, no one answers we only hear somebody breathing at the other side, I am fed up & fed up of this
