When I tried to call back phone system said the number was not working

i got a call from 210-338-3440 at 9:55am on aug 31 2012 when i answer the phone they hung up so i look up the number and this is where i ended up at

received this same call as above. had to replay it several times as I couln't make out most of what was said.

No msg left

we get therefore tired, these people seem to ring each day at the identical time.
