FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

We received a call from this number, the answering machine picked up while they were still on the line. The only thin we can make out is them saying in Spanish "just ask them for 1000 dollars" the other stuff we could not make out... Watch out for these people-- do not answer the phone. We r trying to report them somehow as we believe this to be some sort of scam.. We have heard of people calling saying they have your relatives in Mexico held captive and demanding all sorts of money to let them go, while the relatives are home safe. We believe this is what they were trying to do with us.. BE CAREFUL!!

Cold ring for some cc firm or con pretending to be a cc firm. recorded message informs you that you've no issue with ur current cc account, however press 1 to figure out how to lower ur interest rates. Needless to say, we did not bother.
