This is what people are calling the Jamaican Lottery Scam. Key thing is that they need money to 'ship' your prize. It is either a prize of money or car. They wanted me to goto a Walgreens and get a 'green dot money pack paper card.' That was the only way that they would take the money. Also, they said that UPS would ship the car. UPS doesn't do cars.
