Unwanted Calls from (785) 367-9271 prompted a complaint about this number to the FCC

I sell Tupperware. Total scam where she sends money order for product but Check can only be written for high dollar amount- then asks me to cash Check and send difference! My thoughts? Boiler room scammers out of Mass.

Person keeps calling me and sending me nasty text messages

not only did i get a message at least three times today but they called my sister and a old friend saying I put them down as a 'reference' its a bunch of b.s. and these people need to be stopped. I don't understand why they go to such length to retrieve debt. If only more consumers knew what rights they had against debt collectors. I will definitely be calling her back to let her know she'll be getting a cease and dissist letter from me ant that i know my legal rights as a consumer, under federal law, a collection agency cannot contact a consumer no more than once a YEAR!

Suppose to be Merial Shoes, this firm probably bogus, these people charged our debit card, however soon as you ring the phone no. the bank's has on file, no one answers only recorded message for you to pass on ur telephone no., most likely to steal more money with ur account. we didnt order a single thing with this firm.
