got numerous rings daily for 2 days rings with ppl who would pass on their name & a reference no. phoning on behalf of Chase Bank for Capital Management for us to ring 'em back today. soon as we returned the ring we had a automated messaged that stated:' 8005042403 was a non terminating no. with phonepeople. com'

rang us twice, put the phone down both times we picked up.

Who called me

This is Capital Management Collections looking for someone who does not live here.  They did leave a message for the person.  This is a different number from the others they have been using.  I answered a few weeks ago when I saw it was them and told them we have had our phone number for over 10 years and we don't know who the person is and to take our number off their call list.  They said they were sorry and would take the number off.  They obviously didn't.

Called my office asking me to take a survey for entry into a gift card drawing.

every time i get a message or phone call from these people it costs me a dollar since i have a pay as you go phone. and i am under 18 we are calling the better business buerau and issuing a complaint

I just received the same message stating the same thing. If it is a collection agency then they are violating the law and I will send this straight to my consumer rights attorney, they just won a case for me for another collection agency using the same illegal practices. They left this message on my spouses cell phone and they told me I have now been notified. That is not a proper notification. If you guys have any more information about these people please post. Thank you.
