called my cell. left no msg. i called right back and got vm stating 'this is the office of garrett moyer and amber ?'

No message to unknown local area number. ID unknown "Qwest Corp."

Continually calls my number, leaves no message. Attempted to call back and it goes to an automated recording that all agents are busy, and to wait for next agent. I have no business with them, nor any debt. Total SPAM

Recorded message claiming to be from HMRC. Scam, blocked.

Caller stated a Portfolio recovery associates debt collector and was going to use all info to collect a debt from my son. I called my son at work and he said that they were lying to me about him owing a debt. I believe it because my son has good credit and the debt collector is in trouble with state attorney generals as well as many lawsuits.
