Calling try to offer me a lower rates on my credit card accounts. Will not state who they are with. Just wanted credit card numbers. Number comes into caller ID from Daytona Beach area, but I am sure the call location is ghosted!

They actually left a message, thought it might be something important. All the idiot said is "byebye".
