got a sms in regards to a card being cut off & ended up leaving a no. that is cut off

Keeps calling looking for someone else

This clown woke us up at 5am. rang & just sat there & did not say anything.

Didn't actually receive a call from this number. Caller number originates in my area code (more than likely not in my area at all). Claims to be looking for me and mentions some file number (probably random that he could have pulled from the sky) then gives this number to call back. Haven't called back, only left a voice mail.
