called me but I didnt answer

recd 3 calls yesterday 19th, calls have restarted for today 1 so far, all 4 times advised caller, not interested, not a res. of MB, am on registered no call list, DO NOT call again...which they did. Advised caller today if calls continue I WILL be reporting them. I realize they are prob. being paid by # of phone hits But its annoying to get one, much less 4 calls...:0(

He says he wants to meet and after I give him my address he no longer wants to meet

THIS was YET ANOTHER no. GIVEN AS A ring BACK with THE foreign ACCENT talking ppl WHO ring & MAKE THREATS TO ARREST YOU OVER THE telephone when YOU do not GIVE 'em SOME MONEY. PART OF THAT con GOING AROUND WHERE these people USE DIFFERENT no.s.

THEY ARE MAKING HARRASSING CALLS AT 3 IN THE MORNING AND WILL NOT IDENTIFY WHO THEY ARE.  THEY ARE SAYING DIRTY STUFF ON THE PHONE
