I received a call from this number the person was rude and pushy. Was just wondering if it was a spam number or if it really was a corporation

Got Fax touting dental insurance - this in the call back if interested number. (800) 653-6420 The Fax also had an "to opt out of future promotions, please call number 877-581-9373. I did not call either since my experience with these things is that a call back generates faxes and/or calls from many more.
