This number called me every day for the past two weeks, between 5 pm and 7 pm. When I would call back, it would be busy. Turns out it is the Parents' Association for SIUE. It's not necessary for them to call me daily.

This is CCS, its a collection agency, usually involving a car accident claim, if you were at fault and didnt have insurance at the time. If you had insurance then you will want to give them the information so they stop calling you. If you didnt have insurance...well good luck to you.
