On my Caller I.D. This number comes up as STORRS,CT.If that helps anyone.

Call doesn’t connect.

I got a call from this number. They claimed to be from the RBC Fraud Department. I was suspicious so I didn't give any personal info.  I then called the number on the back of my client card and talked to the Fraud Department. They told me they were trying to contact me because my card may have been compromised.  They also confirmed that the number 514-392-5902 is actually one of their numbers.  But don't trust me call the number on the back of your card.

Threatening an arrest warrant if I do not call them back

six rings over the course of thirty minutes. The 1st time we answerwed the is unintelligable language, might be Spanish. Other rings were ignored

i got a call from them, & they are legitimate. they call if you've ever enrolled in the bone marrow registry, & are a potential match for someone. you can go to their website & remove yourself from their list if you're not interested, too.
