Sounds like a computer generated responder. Tried to find out information on my property

USING THE NUMBER (213) 246-4191 AS WELL

No response upon answering, called back and automated answering machine says ,"the number you have failed is under investigation for fraudulent or other illegal activities". Message repeats twice and disconnects.
