Millions Call

text message claims to be from USBank, but I do not do business there

Reported as Unsafe and Scam Risk. Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. Fails to leave voicemail. Report to FTC and block number.

Harassing caller.  Calls 12-24 times a day.  Only rings once then hangs up.  Starts early in the am and goes to midnight.  This has been going on for weeks now.  Tracked number down to a United States Cellular Corp carrier who started the phone in June 2005 in Independence, IA.  Finally traced the number, called and told them to stop calling.  The calls continue.

Blocked this person once, trying again on another number so blocking again.

I have never seen this # before, but received a personal text message around 1 am.

This is one of several numbers for Fair Collections and Outsourcing (FCO). Google them for more info. Not a nefarious spammer, just another collection agency. They called a fax line and asked for someone who had not been here in five years! This is the number that they left for a call back.
