Called me in the evening saying they were doing a survey from Dept of Health. My number was called at random. Ask that they take me off their calling list

ive been receiving sms msgs with this no. & a PICTURE msg of a little girl. that was just unpleasant. we rang back to inform himher to quit however no one answered. when it is a landline, how was SMSing possible?
