FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

I received a call from this number today, as well as 718 370 2460. I had requested some information for some schools, but only in my area. No message. And I don't intend on calling back. I googled this number, and it brought me here. I am going to keep searching.

Credit card telemarketing. Harassed my young Daughter, made a very perverted nasty comment to her. Sounded Indian.

A con do not answer back or set up yahoo messenger

called WELL after CRTC laws state cutoff for day (8 pm est which is 6 pm here), they called at 9:45 at night!!!! as if someone is going to be up for a business call at such a ludicrous time of the evening! Obviously some shyster firm, as they are not concerned with the laws they are supposed to uphold!I didn't answer, and they stayed on long enough to get my voice-mail, and I ended up with a message that had a bunch of people talking in the background for a few seconds, then they hung up.

This number called me twice within 2 min. but I missed both calls
