Received 15 phone calls in a row from this number. Person doesnt speak it just plays music into the phone.

Got a call from an East Idian Arabic man with very heavy accent asking for my name and all I could understand is he got 'my number' paired with my social security number? What the heck? This is someone else number not mine. I have great credit so its not a credit call. They are bothersome and extremely rude when I did try to tell them. I was later told by friends that they are 'fishing' after all people have the same names sometimes.
