Called twice & left no message

If this number is NO longer in service,, then why does it come up on my cell phone?? This number shows up all the time when looking at my cell messages.It always has an orange circle then when trying to call it on my land line I am always told it is no longer in service!!

if you ask them what specific credit card of yours that they are calling about they hang up on you.

This was a call back from Melbourne IT.

Wouldn’t say anything and hung up.

daniel prank called pretending to be telemarketing agent for carpet and hardwood cleaning services and wouldnt leave me alone.

Constantly getting calls from this number and no one is leaving any messages. Is there a way to block certain calls from even coming through?
