FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

I received a call from 215-322-3219 at 1:22am. There was no message, but I noted the missed call when I woke up on Saturday. I've received multiple calls from this number, and they either hang up before I answer, or they let my phone go to voicemail and hang up. I'm contacting my senator to see if there is anything we can do about nuisance phone calls. I suggest we all do the same. These calls could cause cell phone customers to incur charges for either blocking them or for going over the plan's allowed minutes.

They call ALL THE TIME, never leave a message

Hung up after 8 rings

Called at at 9:39 pm EST and hung up when I answered

Just got a voice sms msg with this unidentified no. . msg said, what is up stranger?. Of course we put the phone down & didnt accept the ring. we recognise no one in Canada
