This is a spam for health insurance.

Notorious for spamming and harassing people who haven’t had any dealings with them. They also will call from numbers from all over the country. Block them immediately!

Only that this appeal - the same experience for me, as reported above - and I pressed '1' to the representative that I could personally tell these people to take a hike. The guy said my number was on the national Do Not Call List, and he was still trying to get me to listen to his sales pitch. I am filing a formal complaint with FCC (not that it will do much good) ..
