This number calls her at least 3 times a day - I actually picked up the phone yesterday and there was a recording  telling me my number was called by mistake --  very strange.  Then hung up

Person is trying repeatedly to fax my cell phone.

Didn't finish my message. I was available to answer and all my ans. machine picked up was a faint "breath"
