Probably yet another spoofed number used by the common Chinese language Robocall pre-recorded voicemail telephone scam. Female speaker leaves message entirely in Chinese with cheesy piano music background. She mentions D H L.

I received a call from 876-588-1711 today. He said he was from Federal Express and wanted to know if I would be home today to receive the 3 million dollar cashiers check being sent to me. I knew it was a scam, how could it not be. I asked him what Federal Express was doing opening my mail and why Federal Express was calling me from Jamaica - idiot!
