My husband and I got a telephone call coming from this exact number earlier on this morning and thought to report it on this website

reapeated phoning by juveniles to the 911 system. total of 35.

Got a call from 716-703-8648. Went to answering machine where a truncated message was left.....evidently it was a recording which started sooner than the 'beep'. Let a message saying that one officer Jason Miller needs to be called by us or our attorney.

usually calls around 4:00 AM and hangs up. I have received a threat over the internet and this may be the person who made the threat.
