we had a sms msg with a United kingdom cell no. offering us a gov't Debt Settlement Order. this gives us two options: sms DEBT or sms STOP. this does not mention a sender's name. when we sms quit would this work just like a phishing e-mail on our computer? cannot believe how, however not sure when responding was a good thing. subsequently again, we do not wanna get any more of these texts.

Calls multiple times a day even though I block the number. They call back with a new number. They never leave a message.

FYI:  1.800.419.4959 belongs to Best Buy rewardZone MasterCard.  This is the number to call to report fraud on your MC credit card.  Ask for the Fraud Dept.
