Caller waits until answering machine then hangs up.

said something about giving me a chance to take care of this before I get served papers at my work. SCAM.

I received the same all from "Miss Sarah Thomas". However, a couple days before I received a call from a "Mrs. A. Lowe" telling me that her and her husband was interesting in purchasing our timeshare and that I would be hearing from Capital Funding to finalize the deal. Miss Thomas wanted us to place $850 in a cashing place. However, we asked for a fax number and that we would be glad to provide this info from our bank without our account number listed or and other info. They have stepped up their game. I also talked to Mrs. Lowe's husband. Mrs. Lowe and Miss Thomas might be the same person.

Don’t pick up the call nor call back

This is a new number on our caller id.  We don't answer the phone unless there is a name or number we recognize.

called alot at 4:00 in the morning and harassing my girlfriend
