I got a call in reply to an Ad I had posted on Kijiji. He wanted paypal info because he was out of the country. When I said no, only cash accepted, he wanted my bank account info to send a money transfer. (Like I'm giving out that kind of information). He called me 'my friend' and said, 'God bless you', and that he wanted the item for a present for his wife who had gone for a modelling job. Instead of the word 'there' he used 'dare'. He said he would pay the shipping cost and would I 'please put my trust in him'. (Uh, right). He was polite, but tried to press it. Do not even respond to this number.

used the name Manny, she books bogus appts. strung us along for two hours

I just got a call for my sister from this number.  Well on my phone it said 414.  She said it was CBC?  Left the 800 number and her ext of 414.  I think it is a bill collector but not sure who for.
