This is the number for automatic reordering reminders for feeding tube supplies. If you get a call from them and don't have a patient in the household with a feeding tube, chances are they misdialed, you have a new phone number, 3 months or so and the old phone is of a patient of record for the phone number. Sometimes phone numbers get miswritten by the hospital, clinic or doctor office or typo's occur when they enter the information in the computer system. Enteral is the medical term for feeding through a tube in the stomach or small intestine. It is important to make contact with these people when they call you by error to let them know they have a wrong number for some reason. Even though not required, it would be the ethical thing to do. They can always backtrack to the patient insurance info on file to make contact with the legitimate patient, if not by alternative numbers on file then by letter.
