Keeps calling me and leaving a partial message about insurance and I am on the do-not call list (for what that is worth)

had a sms msg with this no. in a flirtatious way! have no idea who it is.

I get one or two calls daily except weekends, I have asked them not to call, they say they will not call again, but they still do. They tell me they don't know why they are calling!
