Female robotic voice telling me to press “1” to be connected to the party I am calling - whomever that maybe. SPAM/SCAM

This is 2 4 7 towing. They wanted to charge me 30 for tow cancellation. I waited since 9am until 3pm and still didn't show up. Very rude too. I changed my debit card # so I got them good! They are a rip off. Joshua the dispatcher and Martin the driver were very rude. How can they wanna charge when they left me hanging on the freeway all day.
