Millions Call

this number pops-up on my phone 3-4 times a day, they never say anything, no messege of any kind. if they can't talk, then don't call. or dont they have any lowers ?

Calls and HANGS up all the time This is WAR DIALING do not answer, and most of all DO NOT Call back Telemarketing companies do war dialing to find good numbers, when you call back and sometimes when you answer , calls will start coming in NON stop Report this number to the DO NOT Call list it only takes a few seconds Google DONOTCALLRESTRY OR NATIONAL DO NOT CAL LIST they call me all the time, hang up try again sometimes I hear BEEPS sounds like they are trying to record an answer

Have received this phone call three times tonight.  I finally answered it.  Someone said his name was Lewis and he was just reminding me to vote on Tuesday and the call hung up.  No party affiliation was mentioned.  VERY ANNOYING.
