Calle dma last week stating he was from Microsoft Windows and my computer was going to crash the next time I turned it on because my Software Security had expired, I had to pay to have this corrected. I refused. Today he called (sounded like same man) saying he needed to refund me $299. from scammers I paid 7/4/2012. I refused to give him access to my computer (www.teamviewer.com) He gave me 786220-3292 to call him back and verify who he was. Generic phone message to leave a message, he said he worked for the government and was regulated by the FCC. LIAR! SCAM!!!

This person just scammed me for a pair of headphones valued for $150 from Ebay. The phone number he listed is 661-674-5350. Do not sell anything to him as EBAY refunded the whole amount to him without investigating the situation.    He has several other scammer complaints under a different phone number 616-460-8516

Recording answers phone and leaves voice messages. Pretends to be Apple Customer Service. Always calls from Ohio area code.

No one is there. Calling-ID stated California California.

I also got this same phone number calling and harassing me.. saying they are going to come and serve me papers at my place of employment or at home if I don't pay them something today.. I asked the 'POLICE OFFICER' where he was calling from when he called me because I didn't pay them and he said he was coming to serve me the papers and he wouldn't give me a City or State to where he was located.. all he said was I don't have to tell you where I am at just look at your caller ID and I will see that he is 'LOCAL' well Mr. Officer, I guess I will be waiting but there isn't s#!t you can do to me. You are nothing but a scammer trying to get money from me.

Credit card fraud.

Calls all the time, no message & will not answer returned call, but line is busy most of the time.
