Millions Call

These people called me as a result of an old bill. Once I stated that I had not received the treatment for one of the bills that they were claiming I had, the man Hung up on me! I called back and asked for his name and he told me no and said he would press phone harassment charges on me if I called again!!! I caught his first name it is Charles. Anyone know who I can go to to report this rude man and their phone harassment towards me?

This number is constantly text me and my friend . She tells him he is cheating on him and he tells me that they hoe .. I try calling him and an employee of AT & T takes and tells us that this is a lender phone '.. I do not understand, wuts happening?
