Number is not active

Calls me 3-4 times a day on my cell phone. Never leaves a message.

It is a recording claiming to be Amazon calling telling me that there has been a $1500 charge on my account and to press one to speak with an agent.

who was the owner of the telephone & submit the owner details.

This number sends me strange messages and I think I know who it is because the guy is everywhere or near my location
